At ACRYLICKUSTOMS.us, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.
1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods
• We use USPS for all shipments. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
3. Shipping Rates
• We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
4. Shipping Regions
• We currently only ship within the U.S.. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Order Tracking
• We provide tracking numbers for all orders, which can be tracked via the Shop app. You can also email us for your tracking number. We will soon offer order tracking directly through our website.
6. Shipping Delays
• While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other third parties.
7. Shipping Address Issues
• If there is an issue with your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the address was entered incorrectly, you can either:
• Contact the homeowner of the incorrect address to retrieve your package.
• Receive a 10% discount code for your next purchase.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will contact the carrier to resolve the issue. We also advise that you reach out to USPS for assistance in locating or claiming your package.
